INSTALLATIONA AND USE
. The pumps are widely used in commercial buildings for air conditioning and heating applications.
. The pumps are all single-stage, in-line centrifugal volute pumpswith standard motors and mechanical shartf seals. The pumps are of the close-coupled type, i.e. pump and motor are seperate units.
. Consequently, the pumps are less sensitive to impurities in the pumped liquid than similar pumps of the canned rotor type.

WARRANTY
1. We offer warranty 18 months,since the date from the customer sell to their customers.

2. During the warranty,if any quality claims,we will ask for documents(usually guarantee cards), photos and detailed reports of the defects and the possible causes, once it is confirmed, we will send free spare parts to make maintenance, if the pumps are not possible to be repaired,we will send new pumps for free in next shipments.

3. We will always include 2% free spare parts which can be easily damaged in each shipment,for your usual easy maintenance. 2% is 2% of the order quantity.
